Fukuoka Airport

Fukuoka Airport is the largest and busiest airport in the Kyushu region. This airport is located in a very convenient location and provides easy access to downtown Fukuoka. It is visited by many tourists and businessmen.
There are three car rental service offices across the street of Kuko-dori from the Terminal 2 arrival exits 1 or 2. Additionally, there are several more to the right along Kuko-dori (Airport street). There are plenty of them in order to provide substantial services even during tourism seasons.
Kyushu Expressway Dazaifu IC is the closest interchange and is about 10 to 20 minutes from Fukuoka Airport. Moji Port is a popular tourist attraction and is about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the airport (via Moji IC to Tanotsu IC). Dazaifu Tenman-gu (shrine) is about 24 minutes via the Kanenokuma IC to the Mizuki IC. Hakata downtown is about 10 minutes drive from the airport without using the expressway.

Class/equal class
