Yes, you can. Budget Rent a Car provides a Drop Off Service (One Way). So, you can return the car to a different sales office from the office you rented from. (The fee should be confirmed). Furthermore, if the drop-off location is within the same prefecture, the drop-off fee will not be charged.

*Drop-off at another prefecture (one-way rentals) is not available in case of usage in Hokkaido or Okinawa.

Tabirai often shows rates for all rental cars that include insurance and Collision Damage Waiver fee.
