- The office is open 24 hours. Shuttle service may be delayed due to traffic conditions. For urgent travel, please use a taxi or the Keikyu Line (customer must cover the fare). The shuttle arrival point for International Terminal (T3) is the Rent-A-Car Waiting Space on the 1st floor of the multi-storey car park (P5). If the airport counter staff is temporarily absent, please get a ticket from the dispensing machine and use the dedicated phone or your own phone to contact the office. We will shuttle you back to Haneda Airport after return (returns to general airport parking are not allowed). Please return your vehicle approximately 2 hours before your flight departure time.

②Follow signs for “P Parking” and turn left.
③Take the moving walkway straight to P5 parking.
④Use the elevator in P5 to go down to 1F.
⑤Exit the waiting room and turn right to reach the pickup area.
Shuttle may take 10–20 min to arrive.
After returning the car at the store, we will take you to the airport.
Please return the car 1.5–2 hours before your domestic flight, and 2.5–3 hours before your international flight.
