■Customers arriving by airplane■
After arriving at Osaka Airport (Itami Airport) and collecting your luggage, please contact us by phone (06-6152-9019).
We will meet you at the shuttle pickup area (1st floor of the monorail station).
1. Upon exiting the arrival gate, proceed straight ahead and cross the connecting bridge (2nd floor).
2. On your right is the monorail ticket gate, and on your left is the down escalator. Take the down escalator to the 1st floor.
3. After getting off the escalator, the rental car pickup area is located on the left side (behind the restroom).
The pickup vehicle will arrive in approximately 5 to 10 minutes (please note that arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions).
■Customers arriving by train■
Take the monorail from “Osaka Airport Station” to “Hotarigaike Station,” which takes about 5 minutes.
Upon arriving at “Hotarigaike Station,” transfer to the Hankyu “Hotarigaike Station” and exit at the east exit. Take the escalator down and walk for about 1 minute.

The Guide after arriving at Fukuoka Airport：Domestic line
1. After exiting the arrival gate, proceed to the lobby diagonally to the left.
2. There is an information counter ahead.
3. For information on pick-up and drop-off to the rental car office, please use the information counter.
4. After reception, head to the shuttle bus stop. Go straight through the passage behind the information counter.
5. Get out of the automatic door at the end.
6. After exiting the entrance, turn right.
7. Take the escalator to the first floor.
8. Go straight on the sidewalk.
9. From the shuttle bus stop at the end, head to each sales office.
