However, it does not include Non-Operation Charges (NOC), so you can individually register for NOC compensation system at the rental car sales office. The car will be one of the eligible vehicles in your designated class and will be decided by the rental car company on the day of departure. The number of days you can cancel your reservation without any Car Rental Okinawa cancellation fee, vary depending on the area.
