After your reservation, we will send you a detailed email within 24 hours. Additionally, we will contact you by phone 10 days before your date of use to confirm your reservation details. Please feel free to let us know if you have any changes or requests, as we are flexible in accommodating them.
On the day of use, our staff will be waiting in the airport lobby to assist you according to your flight schedule. Please approach them if you see them. We provide shuttle service to our office.

You will be assigned one of the eligible car models per specified class, determined by the rental car company on the day of departure. If you wish to specify a car model, please be sure to use the "specified" plan in the plan name.
