Please return the rental car to the shop parking lot. After the settlement procedure, we will transport you to the Terminal 1 Building by vehicle for free-of-charge transportation.

If there is no one at the counter to pick you up, or if you have not reserved a rental car, pick up the handset at the counter to be connected to the Kobe Airport Port Island Sales Office.
【Return】
After returning the car to the Kobe Airport Port Island Sales Office, we will take you to the airport if you wish.
Please return the car approximately one hour before the departure of your scheduled flight.

- Shuttle service hours: 8:30-19:00 (approximately 10 minutes)
- Please allow extra time depending on the operation of the shuttle bus.

We provide shuttle service for customers who arrive at the Kobe Airport reception counter or return the vehicle to the Kobe Airport Port Island Sales Office between 8:30-19:00.
Outside of these hours, we ask that you use the Port Liner (Medical Center Station).

Kobe Airport Terminal Information
After you go out from the Arrival Gate, there is a car rental counter on the left. Usually, you have to call the sales office by phone at the counter to make a transfer request. However, if you gave your arrival time when you made the reservation, the staff wait during the business hours.
Kobe Airport What to do after arrival
1. After going out from the Arrival Gate, there is a rental car counter on the left.
2. Car rental companies with offices inside the airport can be contacted via the telephone at the "Car Rental Reception Counter" to request a pick-up. If you provide your arrival time in advance, a staff member will be waiting for you at the counter.
3. Go to the shuttle bus stop in the airport parking lot. Go to the exit in front of the Arrival Gate.
4. Go through the yellow automatic door and go to the Limousine Bus Stop on your left.
5. There is a shuttle bus stop in the parking lot next to the Limousine Bus Stop, and go to each rental car office.
