Access: Please call us upon arrival to arrange for the shuttle bus. You can use a public payphone at the airport if you don't have a Japanese phone. ※There is no counter for our service inside the airport. The courtesy shuttle bus, from AVIS/BUDGET, will take you to the branch in 10-15 minutes. Pick up points: [Terminal 1] Exit through C1 on the 4th floor and cross at the zebra crossing. Call the branch and wait there. [Terminal 2] Exit through North 3 on the 1st floor and cross two zebra crossings. Call the branch and wait there. [Terminal 3] Make your way to the terminal 2 and follow the directions for the terminal 2 above. On your return, please return the car to the local branch. We offer a complimentary shuttle service for customers to the airport.

The Narita Airport Guide：Terminal 1

After checking in at rental car company reception desks in the Arrival Lobby on the first floor, you can get your rental car directly at the parking lot in front of Terminal. If it is a busy season or you do not reserve a rental car, you may have to go to the rental car office by shuttle bus. What is more, if you reserve a car, choose the office of XXXX Rent a Car atNarita Airport Terminal 1 Counter.

The Guide after arriving at Narita Airport：Terminal 1

1. From South Arrival of the international line, go through the gate and turn left in the lobby.

2. Go straight along the aisle.

3. While you going straight, there is a place where the aisle branches into two aisles. Proceed right.

4. You will see the rental car company reception desks.

5. After checking in at the desk, you are guided to the parking lot where your rental car is parked.

6. After walking across the crosswalk, you will find P-1 Parking.

7. In some cases, you might receive your rental car at multistory parking space.

8. If it is a busy season or you do not reserve a rental car, you may have to go to the rental car office by shuttle bus.

9. From North Arrival of the international line, go through the gate and turn left in the lobby.

10. Go straight to the South Wing. There you will see the rental car company reception desks.

11. For domestic lines, the Domestic Arrival lobby is on the third floor at the South Terminal.

12. The elevator near Arrival Gate goes directly to the first floor, so it is very useful. If you go down by escalator, you stop once at the second floor. Please be aware of this.

13. As you get of the elevator, the rental car company reception desks are on your left-hand side. After checking in, the same as 5 above, you are guided to the parking lot where your rental car parks.

The Narita Airport Guide：Terminal 2

After checking in at rental car company reception desks in Arrival Lobby on the first floor, you can receive a rental car directly at the parking lot in front of Terminal. If it is a busy season or you do not reserve a rental car, you may have to go to the rental car office by shuttle bus. What is more, if you reserve a car, choose the office of XXXX Rent a Car　Narita Airport Terminal 2 Counter.

The Narita Airport Guide：Terminal 3

There are not any rental car company reception desks in Terminal 3. You have to check in at Terminal 2. Go to Terminal 2 by LCC shuttle bus or walkway to Terminal 2, about 15 minutes on foot.

1. From International Arrival Lobby A, go through the gate and turn right in the lobby.

2. Go straight on.

3. There are rental car company reception desks on the left-hand side.

4. After checking in at the desk, you are guided to the parking lot where your rental car parks.

5. If it is a busy season or you do not reserve a rental car, you may have to go to the rental car office by shuttle bus.

6. From International Arrival Lobby B, you can see rental car company reception desks as soon as you go through the gate.

7. From the domestic line, the Arrival Lobby is on the second floor of the southern area.

8. Go down to the first floor by elevator.

9. Go straight along the aisle and the rental car company reception desks are on the left-hand side. After checking in, the same as the international line, you are guided to the parking lot.
