About the Car Damage and Property Damage Compensation system
If you pay the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) fee at the time of the contract, you will only be responsible for the deductible (vehicle/property damage) in the event of an accident.
However, the CDW does not apply in the following cases. Accidents that fall under the exclusions in the insurance policy terms and conditions. Accidents that violate the rental agreement. Accidents that are not reported to the police. In such cases, all costs will be borne by the customer.

- Failure to report the accident
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or without a valid license
- Accidents caused while the vehicle is driven by someone other than the contracted driver
- Battery depletion due to customer negligence
- Unauthorized extension of the rental period
- Committing serious traffic violations
- Failure to wear seat belts
