The above optional insurance is included in the rental fee and is automatically enrolled when you sign the rental contract. In the event of an accident, compensation will be provided within the "Maximum Compensation Amount" listed above. However, you will be responsible for all damages in the following cases.

• Accidents that violate our rental agreement
• Accidents that fall under the exemption provisions of the non-life insurance company's insurance policy
• Accidents for which police certificates cannot be obtained

Not covered by the compensation system

If an accident occurs during the following driving conditions or while driving, you will not be covered by any of the compensation systems of voluntary insurance.

• Not wearing a seat belt while driving
• If the accident scene has not been reported to the police/if a police accident certificate cannot be obtained
• If you settle with the other party without permission
• If there is no contact from the scene of the accident
• In the event of an accident occurring during the extended rental period without prior notice to the Company
• Accidents involving drivers or co-drivers other than those specified in the contract
• Drink driving cases
• Driving without a license
• In the case of vehicle damage caused by theft
• When traveling with more passengers than capacity
• If you drive on a beach, riverbank, forest, or other non-roadway area/if an accident occurs on a non-legal road
• Repair costs for damage or corrosion to the vehicle body caused by poor use
• Use during various test runs or competitions, or when towing or pushing other vehicles
• Damage to the rental vehicle caused by an accident with a vehicle owned, used or managed by the customer
• If you damage our rental cars or signs
• Breakdown due to rental car operation error
• Damage to equipment inside a rental car
• Damage caused by tire chains, ski carriers, etc.
• If the vehicle is used in violation of our rental agreement
• Accidents that fall under the other exemptions in the insurance policy

Rental car liability exemption system

If you have paid the optional liability insurance premium, this system will waive the deductible for both property damage and vehicle damage in the event of an accident.

Disclaimer fee

*The collision exemption compensation system will not apply in the event of an accident that falls under the exemption clauses of our rental agreement and insurance policy.
*For rental contracts of 15 days or more but less than one month, the joining fee will be 15 days' worth, and compensation will be for the rental contract period.
* Seat belts must be worn.

Non-Operation Charge (NOC)

In the unlikely event that an accident, theft, breakdown, or damage occurs and the vehicle needs to be repaired or cleaned, you will be required to pay the following amount as compensation for business interruption during that time. Please note that this is different from the liability exemption system.
