Accident compensation system
Rent-a-car Kinsuke provides compensation within the following limits to ensure peace of mind for customers.

*１ ⇒ In the event of injuries (including death or permanent disability) of a passenger caused by an automobile accident, compensation is provided regardless of the driver's degree of fault.
*However, damages exceeding the compensation limit will be the customer's responsibility.
*If the accident falls under circumstances where insurance benefits cannot be paid according to the insurance policy terms, it will not be covered.
*Additionally, compensation may not apply if there is no accident certificate issued by the police.
Non Operation Charge (NOC)
During the use of a rental car, if repairs or cleaning of the rented vehicle become necessary, you will be required to pay the following fees as compensation during the repair period.
