Regarding the deductible amount.（What is a liability compensation system?）

1. The amount the customer is responsible for in the event of an accident while using the rental car is the deductible amount, which ranges from 50,000 yen for property damage to 50,000 to 100,000 yen for vehicle damage.
2. To waive this deductible amount, you can enroll in the Deductible Compensation System.
   *Note: The product includes deductible compensation.
3. However, please note that if you fail to contact the police in the event of a violation or accident and do not obtain an accident certificate, the Deductible Compensation System will not apply, even if you are enrolled in it.

In cases where insurance and compensation systems do not apply.

1. The customer is responsible for damages not covered by the compensation system or that exceed the compensation limits.
2. In the case of an accident, if the required procedures, such as contacting the police and our company from the accident scene, were not followed.
3. If there are any violations of the rental contact:
   1. - Damages caused by illegal parking
   2. - Any accident resulting from traffic law violations
   3. - Drunk driving or driving under the influence of alcohol
   4. - Drug use
   5. - Unauthorized extension of the rental period
   6. - Driving by someone other than the rental or an authorized driver listed on the rental agreement
   7. - Driving without a license (including during a license suspension period or driving a vehicle that the driver is not licensed to operate
   8. - Unauthorized settlements
   9. - Use for tests, competitions, or towing/pushing other vehicles
   10. - Other accidents that fall under the exclusions specified in the rental terms
4. If the incident falls under the exclusions specified in the insurance terms of the damage insurance contact concluded by our company:
   1. - Accidents caused intentionally
   2. - Loss or damage to the key
   3. - Damages to property owned, used, or managed by the customer
   4. - Unauthorized repairs
5. If there were any faults in the usage or management of the vehicle:
   1. - Theft occurred while the key was left in the vehicle or the vehicle was not locked
   2. - Damages or corrosion to the vehicle body due to poor usage
   3. - Damage to the vehicle's interior equipment
   4. - Loss or damage of equipment (such as puncture, burst, or hub caps)
   5. - Vehicle damage when driven on non-road surfaces such as beaches, riverbanks, or forest areas (accidents on roads that are not maintained or manages)
   6. - Damages due to incorrect fuel types during refueling
   7. - Maintenance costs incurred by refueling with the wrong fuel type
   8. - Battery discharge while in use
   9. - For self-inflicted accidents, always report to the police and the rental office.

Non-operation charge （NOC）

The NOC (Non-Operation Charge) is a compensation charge that the customer is responsible for if the vehicle becomes unavailable for rental to the next customer due to an accident or contamination inside the vehicle

1. (1) If the vehicle is returned to the scheduled rental location (operational): 20,000 yen
2. (2) If the vehicle is not returned to the scheduled rental location (non-operational): 50,000 yen
3. (3) If the vehicle is operational but not returned to the scheduled rental location: 50,000 yen
