Liability compensation system

Non-operation charge (NOC)
In the unlikely event that the Company is unable to use the rental car due to accident, theft, breakdown attributable to reasons attributable to the Lessee or the Driver, stain or odor of the rental car, the following fees will be charged as part of the compensation for absence from work during the repair period.

Cases in which insurance does not apply
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the full amount if any of the following apply
- If the accident has not been reported to the police
- When a person other than the person who presented his/her driver's license at the time of departure drives the car
- Accidents caused by unlicensed drivers
- Accidents caused by drunken driving
- Accidental extension of the period of use without permission
- When the customer is found to be responsible for the use and management of the product.
- In case of an unauthorized settlement
- Driving by a person not qualified to drive
- Natural disasters (caused by earthquake, tsunami, etc.)
- In the event of any other violation of the Terms and Conditions.
