Compensation will be paid for injuries to passengers (including residual disability and death) caused by an automobile accident, regardless of the degree of the driver's responsibility. |
※ The customer will be responsible for damage to the flat tire, loss of hubcaps, and charges.
※ However, insurance is not applied if an accident falls under the insurance policy disclaimer, if an accident is caused by the violation ofthe rental agreement, or if the accident is reported to the police. So you are responsible for such cases.
Exclusion of Liability Compensation System
It is the system that you are exempt from paying the deductible (about vehicle insurance).
Non Operation Charge (NOC)
If vehicle damage occurs due to an accident while using it, Non Operation Charge will be applied as part of the sales compensation regardless of the degree of the vehicle damage and the repair period.

Cases where the compensation system is not applied
In the following cases, the full amount will be paid by the customer.
- If you fail to report to the police,
- If you fail to report to the office,
- If you drive under the influence of the alcohol, or without driving license
- Accidents caused by using a mobile phone or gazing at a navigation system
- Accidents in a state where it is expected that an accident will occur due to a driving violation such as “driving above the speed limit, driving over the line in the center of the road, or driving with signal ignorance”, or deliberate accidents
- Accidents when you extend the rental period without notice
- Accidents caused by a person or a companion who is not authorized in contract
- Accidents caused in a place other than roads and parking lots
