Scope and limit of compensation
- Pricing of all plans in Tabirai Car Rental includes collision damage waiver.
In case of an accident, insurance will be paid within the following limits.
You will bear the deductible amount not covered by insurance.

Damages exceeding the compensation amount under the insurance.
You will bear the amount of damages exceeding the compensation amount by insurance and cases where insurance benefits are not paid.
Examples where insurance benefits are not paid:
- If the accident is not reported to the police (no accident certificate).
- Accidents caused by someone other than the person who made the request at the time of departure.
- Accidents caused by driving without a license.
- Accidents caused by drunk driving.
- Accidents resulting from unauthorized delay in using the rental vehicle.
Non-operation charge (NOC)
In the event of an accident, theft, breakdown, or damage requiring repair or cleaning of the vehicle, you will bear the following amount as operational compensation during that period (note that this is different from the insurance deductible amount).
