Accidents, damages and repair costs that fall under the following are the responsibility of the customer. In such cases, the above-mentioned safe insurance compensation system or exemption compensation system (Property damage and vehicle) included in the basic fee will not be applied.
- Damage exceeds the compensation limit amount.
- Damage caused by a driver (who is not authorized by our company)
- Extension of the period without notice, Driving under the influence of alcohol, Renting to another person, etc.
- If you fail to report to the police and our office in case of an accident.
- If you reach an out of court settlement without notice and without the consent of our company.
- Accidents for exemption under the applicable insurance policy
- Accidents if you violate the rental agreement

In the event of an accident

※If you get your car dirty or damage your car by pets, marine products or oil etc. or smell gets stuck in your car, you are not allowed to receive our compensation for damages.
※If you have a car accident which violates our rental agreement or, you do not report the accident to the police, you are not allowed to receive our compensation for damages.(Items Which Are Not Covered by Insurance)
※smoking in a non-smoking car (including electronic cigarettes), damaging or getting dirty for car interior, loss of car accessories, stealing due to negligence of customers, towing fees
