What is the procedure for cancelling or adjusting a reservation after confirmation?

■ Making changes to a reservation
▼If you wish to change the location, rental period or car model (vehicle size class)
①One week before the usage starting date
→ In general, you need to rebook.
　 After rebooking, please cancel the current reservation.
In addition, you need to rebook if there is a change in the price.
*Please see below for cancellation procedures.

②Less than one week until the usage starting date (including the usage start date)
→ Please check with the rental car company from the ”message box” in the ”Reservation Information Box” in the reservation confirmation email.
*We do not promise any changes.

▼If you wish to change the number of passengers, phone number, or arrival flight number, please fill in the changes from the ”Message Box” in the ”Reservation Information Box” in the reservation confirmation email and send it.
The rental car company will answer whether it is possible or not.

■To cancel please follow the cancellation procedure from the ”Reservation Information Box” described in the reservation confirmation email.
*Please check the cancellation policy before canceling.
*If you are applicable for the cancellation policy, please contact your rental car company from the ”message box” in the ”Reservation Information Box” in the reservation confirmation email.
*We do not accept cancellations from a proxy.
