Kobe New Transit Port Island Line (Port Liner) Directly connected to Medical Center Station, Kobe Kimec Center Building, 1F For Guests Using Kobe Airport *All departures and arrivals will be at the Kobe Airport Port Island Office. [Departure] After visiting the counter to the left of the arrivals gate at Kobe Airport Terminal 1, you will be transferred to the Kobe Airport Port Island Office. (Approximately 10 minutes by car) If there is no one at the counter to pick you up, or if you do not have a rental car reservation, you can pick up the handset at the counter to be connected to the Kobe Airport Port Island Office. [Return] After returning the car to the Kobe Airport Port Island Office, we will provide transportation to the airport if you wish. Please return the car approximately one hour before your scheduled flight departure. [Important Notes] - Please enter your flight number when making your reservation. - Shuttle service hours: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM (approximately 10 minutes) - Please note that transfer times may vary depending on the shuttle's operating schedule. Please allow plenty of time for your arrival. - The shuttle is a shared vehicle. Due to limited seating capacity, depending on the situation, only one or two people may be picked up and dropped off. Kobe Airport, Terminal 1 Arrival Gate, Inside the Rental Car Counter ☆★For customers who make reservations at the Kobe Airport Counter Office after April 22, 2025★☆ Departure and return will be after moving to the Kobe Airport Port Island Office and completing the procedures. (Departure from the Kobe Airport Counter Office and return to the same office are not possible.) [Departure] After visiting the counter on the left of the Kobe Airport Terminal 1 Arrival Gate, we will take you to the Kobe Airport Port Island Office. (Approximately 10 minutes by car) If there is no one at the counter to pick you up, or if you have not made a reservation for a rental car, pick up the handset at the counter to be connected to the Kobe Airport Port Island Office. [Return] After returning the car to the Kobe Airport Port Island Office, if you wish, we will take you to the airport. Please return the car approximately one hour before the departure of your scheduled flight. [Shuttle service hours] 8:30-19:00 (approximately 10 minutes) We provide shuttle service for customers who arrive at the Kobe Airport reception counter or return the vehicle to the Kobe Airport Port Island Sales Office between 8:30-19:00. Outside of these hours, we ask that you use the Port Liner (Medical Center Station).
