No regular services) Pickup service is available between 4:00~25:00.Pickup car may be late for normal pickup time(15minutes)depending on traffic.Make sure to arrive in plenty of time when you depart and return a rental car. If you are in a hurry, you are advised to use the taxi or Anamori-inari station on the Keikyu Line.(The customers are to pay travel cost.) ◇Using domestic flight Check-in counter at terminal 1: between arrival exit No. 3 & 4 at South Wing 1F Check-in counter at terminal 2: next to the bus counter in front of arrival exit No. 2 & 3 on 1F ◇Using international flight Our office opens 8:00-20:00. Please visit our office directly outside business hours. Our pickup car arrives at the waiting space for rental car on 1F of the parking garage at terminal 3(P5). ◇About airport counter Our staff may be absent due to business.Please contact us by direct telephone set on the counter or by your phone. ◇After returning After you return a rental car at Haneda Airport office, we will drop you at the airport.(You cannot return a rental car at Airport's parking lot) Pickup car may be late for normal pickup time(15 minutes)depending on operation status of pickup car.Make sure to return a rental car at least 2 hours before time of departure of the plane.

The Haneda Airport Guide：Terminal 1

There are different reception desks. After checking in at the reception desk, go to the shuttle bus stop.

The Guide after arriving at Haneda Airport：Terminal 1

1. If arriving at the South Wing Arrival, Go through the entrance and then turn left.

2. Go straight along the aisle.

3. There is a Times Car Rental reception desk next to Baggage Service Counter.

4. There are ORIX Rent A Car and NISSAN Rent a Car reception desks next to Information.

5. If you rent a car in NIPPON Rent-A-Car or TOYOTA Rent a Car, continue straight along the aisle.

6. Their reception desks stand in front of Information 5.

7. If arriving at the North Wing Arrival, go through the entrance and then proceed diagonally to the right.

8. The Limousine Bus Ticket Counter is a landmark.

9. In front of the Counter, there are NIPPON Rent-A-Car and TOYOTA Rent a Car reception desks.

10. If you rent a car in NISSAN Rent a Car, ORIX Rent A Car, or Times Car Rental, go straight to South Wing Arrival to find their reception desks.

11. Then you reach their reception desks.

12. After checking in, go to the office by the bus parking area.

There are not any exclusive reception desks for rental car companies, so, check in at Bus Tickets Counter.

1. If arriving at the South Wing Arrival, Go through the entrance and then turn left.

2. As soon as you turn left, you will see NIPPON Rent-A-Car, NISSAN Rent a Car, and ORIX Rent-A-Car on the right-hand side.

3. If you have rented a car with TOYOTA Rent a Car or Times Car Rental, go straight along the aisle.

4. After reaching the North Wing, you can see TOYOTA Rent a Car and Times Car Rental reception desks on the right side.

5. In case of North Wing Arrival, Go through the entrance and then proceed diagonally to the right in the lobby.

6. In front of Bus Ticket Counter, there are Times Car Rental and TOYOTA Rent a Car reception desks.

7. If you rent a car in NISSAN Rent a Car or NIPPON Rent-A-Car, go straight to the South Wing.

8. After checking in at the reception desk, go to the office by shuttle bus.
