In order to ensure that customers use the rental car safely in the Tabirai Car Rental Reservation, we offer a product with a Collision Damage Waiver in case of an accident. Furthermore, cars are equipped with a navigation system that makes you feel at ease even in unfamiliar travel destinations.
Tabirai often shows rates for all rental cars that include insurance and Collision Damage Waiver fee. However, it does not include Non-Operation Charges (NOC), so you can individually register for NOC compensation system at the rental car sales office. (Non-Operation Charge is the customer's voluntary subscription)

If you wish to cancel a rental car reserved through Tabirai Rental Car Reservations, you will need to log in to the "Reservation Information Box" and complete the cancellation procedure. To log in to the reservation information box, you will need your reservation number and reservation password, so please enter the number that is written in the reservation confirmation email sent to you after making your rental car reservation.

If you wish to cancel your reservation close to the date of your reservation, please check the cancellation policy list, send a message to the rental car company you made the reservation using the , and press the Cancel button.
The basic fee paid by the customer already includes basic compensation such as insurance, so there is no need to purchase separately.
