[3] Disclosing or providing information to a third party

The Company shall not disclose or provide the personal information of customers to third parties, except in the following cases. Furthermore, provision to contractors shall not be considered as disclosure or provision to a third party.

[4] Supervision of contractors

If the Company is deemed as reliable, disclosure or management of personal information can be outsourced as a part of the Company's business to a contractor that has entered into a confidentiality (relating to the handling of personal information) agreement with the Company.
