There are many service offices of rental car companies around Shin-Osaka Station. Most of them are located within 10 minutes on foot from the station. There are 4 exits/entrance at the station, Shomen-guchi (Main exit/entrance), Kita-guchi (North exit/entrance), Nishi-guchi (West exit/entrance), Higashi-guchi (East exit/entrance). Shinkansen Chuo guchi (Chuo ticket gate) is located at the west side and conventional lines’ ticket gate is located at the east side. Make sure about the locations of the exit and the service office if you transfer to the train.
